Our refund and returns policy does not offer refund, return and removes our responsibility from your own choices to take words, products, counselling, messages and how you interpret them. We are not responsible for the interaction and exchange of words, messages, instructions that our employees convey.

Your responsibility

It is your responsibility to choose our team members to talk, which product to purchase and what to choose to take in and use from our advices, words, readings, messages and we don’t claim any responsibility of truth, false, where what we communicate leads and where it ends up. Intuitive readings can be subjective, can reflect the knowledge and understanding of every counsellor, reader and in the interaction with you.

Spålinje, counselling line

När du ringer oss betalar du minutpris av max 19.90kr. Du kan tala max 75 min och telefonsamtal avslutas. Detta är inget vi har bestämt. Men om du vill fortsätta prata och få vägledning kan du ringa upp oss igen. Du kan välja samma vägledare om den är tillgänglig eller prata med någon annan. Du kan kolla vilka av oss är tillgängliga på hemsidan eller prova ringa oss direkt, höra vilka är tillgängliga direkt och konnekta dig. Om du bokar oss för samtal, vägledning, kurser accepterar du att vi inte har några ansvar över dina resultat, val och du anlitar oss på din egen risk. Vi följer inte eller och arbetar inte inom ramen för yrkeslegitimation. Du accepterar de metoder vi använder och accepterar att vi inte har några ansvar för skada, val, beteende, information eller annat vi förmedlar. Du har själv ansvar att ta in det du önskar och det sättet hur du använder det vi förmedlar.

Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for MedialVagledning.nu, Ledarskap Hub Sweden, org. 559360-7814, postadress ejderv. 15a, 36030 Lammhult.

1. Registration: By registering on our website platform, coaching and clinical services, teaching platform, and phone line paid service on MedialVagledning.nu, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Binding Agreement: The registration is a binding agreement between the user and MedialVagledning.nu. The user is required to register for a minimum of 24 months, and cancellation is not possible during this period.
3. Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation before the completion of the 24-month period, the user is still responsible for paying the outstanding remaining balance.
4. Limitation of Liability: MedialVagledning.nu is not responsible for any problems, challenges, or issues that may occur during the usage of our services. These may include technical difficulties, interruptions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Refund Policy: MedialVagledning.nu does not issue any refunds unless stated otherwise in specific cases. Refunds, if applicable, may be provided at the discretion of MedialVagledning.nu, or alternative dates and methods of delivery may be arranged.
6. Confidentiality: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and ensuring the security of their account. MedialVagledning.nu cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized access or misuse of user accounts.
7. User Responsibility: Users are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during the registration process. Any conflicts arising due to false or misleading information will be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
8. Court Fees: In case of any legal disputes, the user shall be responsible for any court fees associated with the resolution of the conflict.
9. Service Provision: MedialVagledning.nu is committed to providing the services that the user has registered for. However, in rare circumstances where the service cannot be provided, MedialVagledning.nu may choose to refund the user accordingly or offer alternative dates and methods of delivery. The user chooses to take its own risks and responsibility for any consequences, results, choices it makes and how it takes in information provided. This removes any claim, damage and responsibility from MedialVagledning.nu, therapists and doctors providing services and coaching. User chooses to get help at his or her own risk with no promises of any results or outcomes. 

By registering on our website platform, teaching platform, and phone line paid service on MedialVagledning.nu, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Köpvillkor:

 Enligt svensk lag gäller det ångerrätt som stämmer överens med e-handelslagen (ångerrätt inom 14 dagar efter att kunden mottagit sin order). Vi levererar dock inte någon fysisk order utan virtuell och kunden får tillgång till det direkt eller har vi redan påbörjat skräddarsy och arbeta med anpassad produkt till kunden. Pga detta erbjuder inte retur eller ångerrätt på de inköp på vår hemsida. I det fallet tjänsten eller produkt inte stämmer överens med det du har beställt ska du höra av dig inom 24h till hej@medialvagledning.nu så vi kan åtgärda problemet.

Vi tar ej samtal på detta nummer som ej är bokat. Vill du bestrida någon faktura kan du göra det genom att mejla oss information under våra öppettider. Vi tar ej emot synpunkter och bestridandet via SMS eller samtal. Vi svarar så fort vi kan.

Det är viktigt att du vet att du tar din egen risk och ansvar när du kontaktar oss. Vi har inte ansvar för information eller kunskap som du tar in, hur du använder, resultat och effekt. Vi arbetar utanför legitimation. I fall du behöver medicinsk hjälp eller behandlingar, rekommenderar vi att ni söker sjukvården. Väljer du ändå att ha oss som samtalspart är du välkommen att kontakta oss.
